Shipping information

All orders will be shipped by USPS from our Atlanta distribution center.

Your order will be subject to a processing time of 1 to 4 business days in our warehouse before it is dispatched and then handed over to a carrier (USPS) who will transport it within 4 to 7 working days to the point of delivery, except weather conditions. particular or exceptional event.

We offer a flat shipping and handling cost of $8.95 for standard 4-7 business day shipping service.

Shipping is free on all orders of 150 or more*. Shipping discount will be applied at checkout.

Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping.

Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday through FridaY.

How do I track my order

You will find the tracking number for your order on the shipping confirmation email that will be sent to you once your order is shipped.

You can also sign in to your account and view all your orders. By clicking on the order you are interested in tracking, you will then be redirected to a new page where you will have access to the tracking number (it will be displayed at the top of the page).

My order has been damaged during transit. What can I do?

In the unlikely event that your products are damaged during shipping please contact our customer service team at Edenmade44@gmail.com Pictures of the damaged box showing the shipping label and tracking number, the damaged products inside the box and the packing slip are mandatory in order to process any requests regarding damages. 

Once our team receives all the required information (pictures, details, etc.), we will then be able to offer compensation for any damaged items.

As a part of our commitment to hygiene, safety, and environmental sustainability, all products purchased from our website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please note that we do not offer compensation for any errors or dissatisfaction.

Cancellation and reimbursement policy

Please note that any order placed cannot be cancelled. 

If you wish to change your shipping information, please send an email to: Edenmade44@gmail.com with the subject line " Address change + order number".

We will be able to make the address change only if the order has not been shipped yet.
